Annual Dickson Fiddlers Contest & Family Fun Festival

This annual event has moved dates and locations this year but is going to be bigger and better than EVER! Thursday night there will be a concert for Habitat for Humanity. The artists are Neal Brock and Peter Swadley and the TelluRide Band. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at TriStar Banks and the Habitat office in Dickson and Nashville. Friday night will have a Battle of the Bands and a BBQ sausage judging contest. There will be craft and food vendors there, also. Saturday the gates open at 9:00 a.m. The fiddlers contest will run all day with different competitions. There will be a car show, antique tractor exhibition, a kid's activity center, magic show and face painting as well as all kinds of BBQ teams competing throughout the day to be the best of the best. The admission is $10 at the gate and kids under 6 are free. This will be a weekend you won't want to miss.
