Welcher Hogan and James Wells were arrested in connection with the triple drive-by shooting that occurred on Monday in the Schrader Heights subdivision.

Welcher Hogan's bond has been set to $500,000. He is being charged with attempted first-degree murder. No court date has been set.

James L. Wells is being held on a $5000 bond for weapons charges.
