When it comes to liquor issues on the ballot, those in favor said it is a way to bring revenue to the cities and towns; others said it costs more in the form of lives and accidents. For still others, it is a moral issue.
“People who are going to drink are going to drink,” said Steve Heath, “and you’re not going to make them not drink, so I'm probably going to vote for it.” …
